Shipping

 

  1. Do you ship items outside Indonesia?

Yes, we ship our items worldwide.

 

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my item?

Our handling time period is usually within 1 to 3 days. We ship our items via EMS Express postage but will later be handed to DHL in your locality for direct delivery. International orders will take around 4 to 10 business days.

 

  1. What about shipping charges?

The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your purchased item. To get the exact cost of your order, place your item in the “Add to Cart” option. Your final pricing (including shipping) will be calculated. You will be required to fill in your preferred delivery address.

 

  1. Can I keep track of my purchased items?

Yes you can. If you’d like to know the delivery progress of your items, just shoot us an inquiry at: brigittekatnig@gmail.com  after you receive the shipping confirmation. We will then send over your tracking number.

 

Payment & Returns

 

  1. Which payment methods do you cater to?

We cater payments through PayPal.

 

  1. What happens when I receive a damaged item?

If you end up getting a damaged product or you received the wrong order, we will immediately refund your item or arrange a re-shipping order depending on the item condition or situation.

 

  1. Is it possible to return an item I no longer need?

Our products are bundled with limited warranty. Such warranty doesn’t cover products that have already been used, damaged, or abused. If you have no use for the item (as long as it has not been tampered with) after a particular date, you can have the item returned to us. The refund will only cover the item pricing. Shipping costs will have to be shouldered by you.

  1. My city’s local customs are strict, will my item be cleared for delivery?

Yes, our products thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sealed. We rarely run into customs issues. When it comes to animal skulls, we prepare the necessary legal documentation while coordinating with the Department of Animal Conservation in Indonesia. This process takes anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

  1. Are your headdress products authentic?

Not completely. While we make complete use of genuine feathers and leather materials for the headband, we structure each piece by hand. All our headdress products are replicas and are done by our Indonesian craftsmen. Our products are not meant to be interpreted as original Native American pieces.
